This computer application was specifically created with the following two goals in mind:
Ultimately, the real goal is your personal privacy with regards to Telephone and Facsimile Solicitations. If you consistently answer your phone when a telemarketer phones and collect the necessary information as outlined in this program, you will eventually eliminate most of the telemarketing calls coming into your home. Please keep in mind that there are new Telemarketing companies coming online all the time. As long as you log them into this system and collect the right information, and inform them to remove you from all their lists, they will not be able to phone you again for 10 years. That's pretty good privacy. The links at the left will provide you with additional information that may be helpful

The term telephone facsimile machine means equipment which has the capacity to transcribe text or images, or both, from paper into an electronic signal and to transmit that signal over a regular telephone line, or to transcribe text or images (or both) from an electronic signal received over a regular telephone line onto paper. The term telephone solicitation means the initiation of a telephone call or message for the purpose of encouraging the purchase or rental of, or investment in, property, goods, or services, which is transmitted to any person. The term does not include a call or message:
